These Free Trial Terms ("Terms") govern your use of AskField's free trial services. By accessing or using our free trial, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions:

In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" refers to AskField Inc. and its subsidiaries/affiliates. "you", "your", "User", "Customer" refers to the individual or entity accepting these Terms. "Product" or "Products" refers to AskField services offered on a "Free Trial" basis. The Free Trial begins upon your acceptance of these Terms and expires at the end of the communicated trial period. AskField reserves the right to withdraw or modify the Free Trial at its sole discretion.

2. Limitations:

During the Free Trial period, the following limitations apply:

  1. The number of responses is limited to 100.
  2. No white labeling features are available.
  3. Email surveys require prior verification.
  4. Any configurations made during the trial may be lost if no product purchase is made.

Your use of products during the trial is governed by AskField's Terms of Service.

3. Data Loss Warning:

ANY DATA YOU ENTER INTO THE SERVICES, AND ANY CUSTOMIZATIONS MADE TO THE SERVICES BY OR FOR YOU, DURING YOUR FREE TRIAL WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST UNLESS YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SAME SERVICES AS THOSE COVERED BY THE TRIAL, PURCHASE UPGRADED SERVICES, OR EXPORT SUCH DATA, BEFORE THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD.

During the free trial, services are provided "AS-IS" without any warranty. AskField is not liable for any loss of data or customizations made during the trial period.
