By accepting this Agreement, either by registering on www.askfield.com or by clicking a box indicating your acceptance or by executing an order form or any other documentation that references this Agreement or by using the services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the services.
If you register for a free plan or trial of our services, the applicable provisions of this Agreement shall govern the same.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.
You retain ownership of any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting Content, you grant AskField a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as specified in your order form. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Your use of the Services is subject to the usage limits specified in your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or suspension of Services.
You agree not to use the Services to transmit, store, or process any Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Certain features may be provided as "Labs" features, which are experimental and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Labs features are provided "AS IS" without warranty.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AskField immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
