AskField may receive requests for customer data from:

  • Government agencies and law enforcement
  • Regulatory bodies

  • Customers requesting their own data

3. Process

  1. All data requests must be submitted in writing to AskField's legal department.
  2. Requests must include sufficient information to identify the customer account and the specific data requested.
  3. AskField will review each request to ensure it complies with applicable laws and our legal obligations.

4. Verification

Before disclosing any customer data, AskField will:

  • Verify the identity and authority of the requesting party
  • Confirm that the request is legally valid and enforceable
  • Notify the affected customer when legally permitted to do so

AskField will respond to data requests in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable legal requirements. We may challenge or object to requests that we believe are invalid, overly broad, or not in compliance with applicable laws.
