- This Sub-processor Policy ("Policy") describes how AskField uses sub-processors to provide our services.
- AskField may engage sub-processors to process customer data on our behalf. This Policy outlines our approach to managing sub-processors.
2. Sub-processors
A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that processes customer data on behalf of AskField. Sub-processors may include:
- Cloud infrastructure providers
- Data storage and backup services
- Analytics and monitoring services
- Customer support and communication tools
- Payment processing services
3. Obligations
- AskField will only engage sub-processors that provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures.
- AskField will ensure that sub-processors are bound by contractual obligations that are substantially similar to those in our Data Processing Agreement.
- AskField remains responsible for the processing of customer data by our sub-processors.
4. Changes to Sub-processors
AskField will:
- Maintain an up-to-date list of sub-processors
- Notify customers of any new sub-processors or changes to existing sub-processors
- Provide customers with an opportunity to object to new sub-processors when required by applicable law

A current list of AskField's sub-processors is maintained and updated regularly. Customers can request access to this list by contacting our privacy team.
